Nirmala has extensive strategic and operational experience leading multi-disciplined, and global cross-functional teams in the development of integrated and effective multi-channel marketing initiatives. She is a seasoned client service professional who has a solid understanding of client, agency, publisher and data needs and best practices having had the unique opportunity to have worked on all sides of the table.
Nirmala started her career in digital marketing leadership roles at Cossette and Alliance Atlantis. From there, she pivoted into the world of ecommerce, CRM and data with her time at Dell, Epsilon and Proximity - where she quickly expanded her scope beyond Canada to more Americas and global assignments. At Dell, she led their global media innovation initiatives including the identification and roll out of Dell’s advertising tech stack from their Data Management Platform to the resulting end-to-end ecosystem.
Most recently, Nirmala led Walmart Media Group at Mediative where she managed the senior client relationships and overall business. She has had the opportunity to work across many vertical clients most notably: Bell, Coke, Monster, Nike, Petro-Canada, and McDonalds.
