Anne-Marie brings more than 25 years of experience to her role as Chief People Officer for Edelman’s Canadian and Latin American operations. In her role, she is responsible for the strategic oversight of the people function in support of each region’s business objectives. Anne-Marie provides creative and insightful solutions to support an engaged workforce, resulting in a best-in-class employee experience.
Anne-Marie partners with local and global colleagues to deliver HR programming, ultimately enabling Edelman to attract and retain the industry’s best talent, while anticipating future needs to propel the business forward. Edelman has been certified as a Great Place to Work annually, as well as awarded many designations such as Best Workplace for Women, and Best Workplace for Inclusion.
Prior to joining Edelman in 2018, Anne-Marie held a number of positions across a variety of industries, including banking, advertising, investment and telecommunications, with mandates that spanned Canada, the United States and Latin America.
Outside of work, you can find Anne-Marie involved in her community, through prior involvement on the Board of Directors for the (CERC) Canadian Employee Relocation Council, the Tropicana Youth Employment Agency, and nabs.
