Andréan Gagné

With close to 15 years of experience, mostly in agencies, Andrean is the Interim General Manager and Vice President – Corporate Communications of Edelman Canada’s Montreal office. She acts as a polyvalent communication professional leading teams in delivering high-performing programs that solve business reputational challenges or unlock corporate opportunities. Andrean strategically serves key clients from diverse sectors on different scales, from regional to global. Her holistic and result-oriented approach, as well as her inclusive leadership, are highly appreciated by clients and the team.

Before joining Edelman, Andréan worked at another leading Canadian public relations agency, a municipality and an environmental NGO.

A 2015 30 Under 30 Infopresse recipient, Andréan is involved in various groups and associations advocating for women's empowerment and a more diverse representativeness in governance. She sits on the Women Council of Quebec (Conseil du Statut de la Femme) and is the former Chairman of the board of the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec (2014-2018).

Andréan holds a Master’s degree in Management and Sustainable Development from the University of Sherbrooke and the French Business School ESCEM Tours-Poitiers. She also graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal with an Undergraduate degree in Public Relations.

An outdoor enthusiast, she spends most of her time outside of the office with her kids playing in the snow or the sand, on the hills, tracks or paths, skiing, running or cycling. She escapes in the country to recharge her battery.
