Now in its 19th year, The Edelman Trust Barometer is our annual trust and credibility survey, the world’s most robust exploration of trust in business, government, NGOs and media. The 2019 online survey sampled more than 33,000 respondents across 27 global markets.
As Canada prepares for a federal election and the ongoing impact of global political and economic unrest, matters of trust continue to demand our attention. The 2019 Edelman Trust Barometer examines how well Canadian institutions are navigating turbulence, change and confidence for the future.
On February 14th, our President and CEO Lisa Kimmel will present the global and Canadian findings of the 19th annual Edelman Trust Barometer, joined by panelists Matthew Harrington, Global Chief Operating Officer, Edelman; Anne Giardini, Chancellor, Simon Fraser University; Robyn Doolittle, Investigative Reporter, Globe & Mail; and Hon. James Moore, Senior Advisor, Former Federal Cabinet Minister.
